The Garden House: green inspiration and modern technology
Step inside our historic canal house and discover a modern boardroom with direct access to a hidden French courtyard garden. The Garden House seats up to 20 people and combines the best of both worlds: modern facilities such as a touchscreen smartboard for video conferencing, and the rare chance to enjoy an oasis of calm in the heart of the city during your breaks.
Apollo Studio: brainstorming with a view over the canal
Looking for a modern setting where ideas flow like the water in the Keizersgracht? The Apollo Studio is a perfect choice. This bright, sunlit room at the front of the building looks out over one of Amsterdam’s finest canals. The generous square table makes the space ideal for brainstorming sessions where everyone can see and involve one another.
With room for up to 8 people, the Apollo Studio is small enough for in-depth conversations, yet spacious enough for presentations using modern video conferencing equipment. The combination of daylight, canal views and professional facilities makes it a place where teams do their best work.
Prudence Lounge: under the watchful eye of the 17th century
Some meetings call for a room with history and character, and the Prudence Lounge offers exactly that. This classic, light-filled space with authentic details looks out over the Keizersgracht and is crowned by an original 17th-century ceiling painting of Prudence.
For meetings and brainstorming sessions of up to 6 people, this room offers calm and inspiration. There’s something special about meeting beneath such a historic artwork. It brings perspective to modern business challenges and reminds us that the best decisions often come from calm and reflection.
Ceres Room: a rural feel in the heart of Amsterdam
The Ceres Room, named after the Roman goddess of creation and growth, proves you don’t need to travel to another province to meet in a countryside setting. This meeting venue sits at the back of our building and looks out onto the French courtyard garden. The greenery outside and the quiet atmosphere inside create an environment that’s perfect for coaching sessions, strategy meetings and presentations where focus is key.
The Ajax Room: where the Johan Cruijff Foundation was born
Football and business have more in common than you might think: teamwork, strategy, and the ability to perform under pressure. Our Ajax Room is a tribute to those parallels and to our long-standing connection with football club Ajax. In fact, the Johan Cruijff Foundation was founded right here, which makes this room a special place in Dutch sporting history. This intimate room on the first floor seats up to 4 people and has a personal, welcoming feel. It’s the perfect spot for smaller meetings, coaching sessions, or as a day office for entrepreneurs who need a professional base for a while.
More than just meeting rooms
What these five spaces have in common is that they offer more than just a room to meet in. From the warm welcome at our reception, where guests immediately feel that they belong, to the catering, technical support and business support, we take care of the details so you can focus entirely on your agenda.
Our location at Keizersgracht 62-64 is also easily accessible. We’re just a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station, with the P1 Amsterdam Centraal and Q-Park Nieuwendijk car parks just around the corner.
Booking a meeting room in Amsterdam goes beyond simply reserving a space. It’s about choosing an environment that brings out the best in your team, partners or clients.
